  • 1 Tablespoon of Carrot oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Barley grass powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Baobab powder
  • 3 drops of Lavender essential oil
  • 3 drops of Vitamin E (if desired)

This will make enough for about three applications.

  1. Mix carrot oil, coconut oil and Vitamin E together. Use a small ceramic dish. If your coconut oil is in its semi-solid form, work it with a fork until it softens up.

  2. Add in the barley powder and the baobab powder. Whisk the ingredients from step one together while you add the powders. You’ll wind up with a greenish, gooey paste. Add in your lavender oil for a great scent and a relaxing aromatherapy treat. Give it one final stir.

  3. Apply the mask evenly on your face and around your eyes. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes while you relax. Do some deep relaxation breathing while the mask works to nourish your skin. Then just use a warm, damp cloth to remove. You can also use an alcohol free toner to remove the mask.
